1. Save raw materials. 3. Pull high efficiency. The necessary maintenance of the wire drawing die in the whole process of use is very critical for the life of the wire drawing die and the surface quality of the cable, and it is usually proposed that customers carry out maintenance on the polycrystalline diamond wire drawing die every 24 hours. Within 24 hours, the diameter change of polycrystalline diamond wire drawing is small, and the diameter elastic coefficient of the pulled out cable is not large. For all manufacturing processes, the cable diameter compression coefficient of each drawing die is relatively stable.
4. Wear resistance is very good, long service life. The service life of high-speed wire drawing is about 30 to 55 times that of cemented carbide tool die, so that it is not necessary to shut down and change the die shell often during the whole process of drawing. The diameter of polycrystalline wire drawing does not change much in unit time, and the specifications of the pulled out cable do not change much, which is very beneficial to the winding of the coil. Under normal circumstances, the number of coils of the pulled out cable is determined, if the specifications of the cable product are rapidly increased, the relative number of coils is rapidly reduced, which must continue to change the specifications of the cylinder, which is not conducive to the improvement of productivity.
