Shaped dies
SLT can produce various shapes’ shaped dies, like Triangle, square, rectangle, oval, semicircle, trapezoid and so on.
And we also can mark according to your requirements.
The case can also be customized.
1. the stretching of the wire
The drawing of wire rod is a kind of pressure processing method in which the wire blank is plastic deformed through the die hole under the action of a certain tension, so that the section is reduced and the length is increased.
2. the characteristics of stretching
(1) The stretched wire has a more accurate size, the surface is smooth, and the section shape can be diverse.
(2) can stretch large lengths and various diameters of wire.
(3) Mainly cold processing, drawing process, mold, equipment is simple, high production efficiency.
(4) The tensile energy consumption is large, and the deformation is limited to a certain extent.
