 4, timely treatment of abnormal mold: in the process of wire drawing, if there is mold cracking, mold explosion, mold clamping, wire drawing, diameter reduction, wire breaking, high temperature, black, no wear and other abnormal phenomena, we should seize the time to contact professional and technical personnel, timely response, troubleshooting.

5, timely replacement of aging alloy wire drawing die: When the wire drawing die reaches its service life, it is necessary to replace the wire drawing die in time for mold repair, so as to avoid excessive use of the wire drawing die, resulting in deterioration and scrap of the wire drawing material.
