Key characteristics of carbide wire drawing die
High hardness: The hardness of the cemented carbide material is close to diamond, and it can withstand the strong wear of the wire at high speed through the die.
Good thermal conductivity: helps heat dissipate quickly, reduces the size change caused by thermal expansion of the die, and maintains processing accuracy.
Low friction coefficient: Surface treatment optimization, reduce the friction of metal wire through the die, improve wire drawing efficiency, reduce energy consumption.
Corrosion resistance: suitable for processing various metal materials, not easy to be corroded by wire drawing materials.

Impact resistance: stable and not easy to break during high stress stretching operations.
