Extrusion tips and dies
Die is the molding device of extrusion products, is the final hot pressing device of the whole process of extrusion, its geometric shape, structural type and size, temperature, pressure and other factors directly determine the processing quality of products. A set of finished extrusion die is composed of a mold core and a mold sleeve.
According to the length of the unchanged part of the front diameter of the core (bearing line area), the core can be divided into: no mouth core, short mouth core, long mouth core;

According to the shape of the front plane of the mold cover, the mold cover is divided into: plane mold cover, convex mold cover, concave mold cover. Due to the different types of head heating ring and die cover, the shape is different, which has little influence on extrusion processing.

According to the fit of mold core and mold sleeve can be divided into three extrusion modes:
a. extrusion type, by the mouthless mold core and mold sleeve, mold core mouth and mold sleeve bearing line mouth has a certain distance;
b. semi-extruded (semi-extruded tube type, semi-pulled tube type), by the mouth of the mold core (usually short mouth) and the mold sleeve, the mold core is generally extended to the mold sleeve bearing line area 1/2;
c. extruded tube type (pulled tube type), by the mouth of the mold core (usually long mouth) and the mold sleeve, the mold core mouth extends to the mold sleeve mouth flat or slightly extended.
