Electroplated tungsten diamond wire is another new electroplated diamond wire after electroplated carbon steel wire, which is thinner, higher strength, better cutting effect and more silicon material saving.
Tungsten diamond wire is widely used in the wire cutting industry because of its excellent physical and chemical properties such as high hardness, high strength, good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, which makes up for and improves the existing carbon steel wire to a large extent.
Our diamond wire tungsten wire drawing die has been successfully developed and mass-produced. The current minimum specification is 0.0180mm, which can be used for precision cutting of materials.
